1. Apple End User License Agreement
Your license is also governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These Terms supplement Apple’s Standard EULA. Mandatory provisions of Apple’s EULA or applicable law control in case of conflict.
2. Purpose of Lersso
Lersso is a visual notebook for creating, organizing, searching, processing, and exporting Records containing photos, videos, voice recordings, text notes, recognized text, transcripts, translations, locations, tags, summaries, action items, and other information. It is a general productivity tool, not a medical, legal, financial, emergency, safety, or professional decision-making service.
3. Eligibility
You must be legally permitted to use the application and accept these Terms. Users below the age required for a binding agreement may use Lersso only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of content you create or import. You are responsible for the right and any required consent to capture, record, store, process, export, or share it; compliance with copyright, privacy, confidentiality, employment, and other laws; protection of sensitive exports; and verification of important information.
You grant Lersso only the limited technical permission needed to process and store content on your device and, when enabled, in your private iCloud database. We do not claim ownership of your Records.
5. Free functionality
The free version may include creating and organizing Records; adding photos, videos, voice, notes, locations, and tags; Favorites and Collections; basic search; viewing existing derived content; original-file exports; Private iCloud sync; and creating Calendar events and Reminders. Availability varies by device, OS, country, region, language, permissions, and Apple services.
6. Lersso Pro
An active Pro entitlement may allow creation of transcripts, translations, OCR text, summaries, action items, Ask answers, advanced search results, professional PDF reports, and Complete Package exports. Some features require compatible Apple Intelligence hardware or other Apple capabilities. Purchasing Pro cannot enable unsupported Apple features.
7. Existing Pro content after expiration
Previously created derived content remains in your Library after Pro expires or is cancelled. Expiration may prevent new Pro results but does not itself delete existing results or original Records.
8. Subscriptions
Pro may be offered as an automatically renewing monthly or annual subscription through Apple. Apple displays pricing, currency, billing period, offers, and terms before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account and subscriptions renew unless cancelled through Apple before the period ends. Apple manages payment processing, renewal, cancellation, billing disputes, and refunds. Deleting Lersso does not cancel a subscription.
9. Free trials and introductory offers
An offer exists only if displayed by Apple and your Apple Account is eligible. A displayed seven-day trial converts to the displayed paid subscription unless cancelled according to Apple’s rules. Apple determines eligibility.
10. Restore Purchases
Restore Purchases asks Apple to restore eligible entitlements for your Apple Account and requires App Store access and the account used for purchase.
11. AI, OCR, speech, and translation results
Recognized text, transcripts, translations, summaries, action items, and Ask answers may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or misleading. Review important information against the original source. They are not verified facts or professional advice, and Lersso is not responsible for decisions based solely on them.
12. Apple Intelligence and system availability
Features may depend on a supported device and OS, Apple Intelligence, enabled settings, installed language models, storage, network access, iCloud, and App Store availability. Regional, language, service, or system changes can make features unavailable.
13. iCloud synchronization
When enabled, Lersso uses the private CloudKit database associated with your Apple Account. You are responsible for account access and sufficient storage. Sync can be delayed by networks, storage limits, account status, settings, or Apple services. Turning sync off does not necessarily delete existing iCloud information.
14. Calendar and Reminders
Items are created only after your explicit action and permission. Once created, they are managed by Apple applications and connected accounts. Changing or deleting a Record may not update an existing Calendar or Reminders item.
15. Exports and sharing
You control exports and destinations. After a file is saved to Files, sent through Mail or Messages, transferred by AirDrop, or opened elsewhere, Lersso no longer controls it. Verify contents and recipients before sharing.
16. Acceptable use
You may not use Lersso to violate law; record unlawfully; infringe rights; distribute malware; interfere with Lersso or Apple services; bypass subscription or security protections; or present unverified generated results as confirmed fact.
17. Changes to the application
We may improve, modify, add, remove, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, compatibility, or product development. Material subscription changes will follow Apple requirements and applicable law.
18. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lersso is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or universal availability. Consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
19. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oleh Hoshovskyi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from Lersso, generated results, loss of access, exports, third-party applications, or Apple services. This does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
20. Termination
You may stop using Lersso at any time. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary for fraud, unlawful use, security risks, or violations, subject to law and Apple rules. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically delete Records or previous Pro results.
21. Privacy
Our information practices are described in the Lersso Privacy Policy.
22. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for application changes, legal requirements, or Apple platform requirements. The current version is published at https://lersso.com/terms.
